The yearly update of FIFA might grab all the headlines with its slick graphics, complex gameplay and intense realism, but, if we're truly honest, no game has ever come to close to matching the love affair that we had with Sensible Soccer - the game where graphical limitations were embraced, and playability was everything.
And another group of people clearly feel the same way as us, as they have launched a kickstarter for Pixel Soccer, a new game which aims to emulate the graphical style of Sensi, Goal and Kick Off, along with a few new features for the 21st Century.
As the images and videos show, it instantly looks like those classic games, but the gifs demonstrate new goal celebrations, diving headers, overhead kicks and arguing, diving players.
If you like the look of a updated Sensi, then head on over to the kickstarter now - a minimum donation of £10 gets you the game, plus there's plenty of other incentives too.
The big questions are: will Savo Milosevic still be a goal machine; and will Aitor Karanka still be the fastest player on the game? We'll (hopefully) soon find out.
