We'd all look like Matthew McConaughey if we had the time, wouldn't we? It's the only thing separating us from unleashing our inner adonis. Well, that and all the pizza.
But that could be about to change, as the New York Times have created this excellent seven minute workout, which you can do on your lunch break. All you need is a couple of dumbbells and a 'can-do' attitude.
