Next time you have your knees up by your ears as your Ryanair flight takes off (late, again), while a screaming baby pierces your eardrums from the row behind, just remember these images.
And torture yourself with them.
This beautiful private jet interior is the result of a collaboration between German companies Lufthansa Technik and Mercedes Benz, with the design style of the latter company fused with an aircraft of the former.
Walter Heerdt, Senior Vice President VIP and Executive Jet Solutions for Lufthansa explained, “Our goal is to offer a highly discerning global clientele a standard of interior design that leaves nothing to be desired. Whether for private or business use, our modular completion concept perfectly fits every purpose.”
The design features modern furnishings and panels that can be electronically dimmed from black to transparent. It's so generally stylish you could easily mistake it for a luxury hotel. Currently at concept stage, it was revealed at the 2015 EBACE (European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition) where those who work within the private aircraft industry get together to laugh at the rest of us who have to travel on Wizz Air.
