Do you want the bad news or the good news first? Well, the good news is that we've got our first glimpse of the fourth instalment of the Jurassic Park series! The bad news is... there's not a dinosaur in sight.
While bereft of iguanodo or tyrannosaur, the new images do reveal the Jurassic World cast in their natural habitat.
Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy, Parks And Recreation), still sporting the physique of an all-male-action-hero, stands beside a motorcycle that looks like it could come in handy if a dinosaur wanted to chase you.
Meanwhile, Bryce Dallas Howard (The Help, The Village) looks to be ill-prepared for encountering extinct species in fetching all-white attire.
We'd put money on Nick Robinson and Ty Simpkins having seen a dinosaur - particularly given their shocked expressions and the blood stained pith helmet Robinson is clutching. The SFX team probably haven't finished colouring in the raptors.
We'll have to wait until a trailer emerges from the undergrowth in the following months to confirm whether any dinosaurs will be involved.
Jurassic World is set to arrive in cinemas on 12 June 2015

He started out life as a movie writer for numerous (now defunct) magazines and soon found himself online - editing a gaggle of gadget sites, including TechRadar, Digital Camera World and Tom's Guide UK. At Shortlist you'll find him mostly writing about movies and tech, so no change there then.
