VIDEO: China’s new 4D roller coaster

Even the most hardened roller caster obsessive would surely count themselves as perfectly satisfied with a mere three dimensions. But that hasn't stopped those innovative Chinese theme park gods who've gone an added an extra one just because they can.

The 'dinoconda' has gained the 4D tag as riders are thrown upside-down in their seats which are mounted on the sides of the track and pivot independently of the track's orientation. In other words, it's probably going to make you feel rather ill.

The latest attraction at Changzhou's Global Dinosaur Town runs at speeds of 78 mph, which might not sound like a lot, but given that you're experiencing 720 degree spins, it's just about fast enough.

Take a look below for just exactly how it feels. Due to the nature of the ride and how much the seats spin throughout, the camera has actually been attached to the back of a seat.
