Spielberg's Lincoln trailer

lincoln.jpg

It seems like we've been waiting forever for a movie on Abraham Lincoln's life and then, whaddya know, two arrive within mere months.

Sadly, this one doesn't involve any vampire hunting though. You can blame Steven Spielberg for that.

His authentic take on the President stars Daniel Day-Lewis looking every bit the part and boasts a star-studded ensemble, including Sally Field, Tommy Lee Jones and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

It looks like stirring stuff, although given the amount of historical biopics we've seen, it almost borders on parody at times. Will likely sweep the board at the Oscars nonetheless.
