Disney Japan has given away an incredible amount of new Force Awakens footage


Stop what you’re doing - the Force has just awoken.

While we’ve been sat here like fools for the past week, piecing together every small snippet to come out of teasers for J J Abrams' upcoming Star Wars film and wondering what it means, Disney Japan has just provided us with more preview footage than we could ever have dreamed of.

Short of giving everything away everything, the action-sopping trailer gives us our closest look at the good guys of the film so far, including lots of BB-8, Daisy Ridley’s Rey and John Boyega's Finn, culminating in a dramatic clip of Rylo Ken menacingly hovering his cross-guard lightsaber over our young heroine’s shoulder.

But enough of us harping on about it – cop yourself an eyeful right here:
