Thank the lord then for London-based comedian Deliciously Stella - real name Bella Younger - whose none-too-subtle parodies of clean food bloggers have made her an unconventional star of Instagram. Inspired by the ludicrous number of avocados on the Instagram feed, anyone with a clean-living friend on social media will know exactly who she's spoofing. To good health indeed.
