How Londoners - and Jamie Oliver - are stepping up to help those affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy

Just 11 days on from the second terrorist attack to hit the capital this year, another tragedy strikes, with the shocking news of the blaze at the Grenfell Tower on Latimer Road.
While we do not know what the final toll will be in terms of lives lost – it currently stands at six – there is no doubt that it will be an unbelievably difficult time for all those affected, with many injured and, of course, homes and possessions destroyed.
Fortunately, though, like those aforementioned attacks, people are once again wasting no time in rushing forward to help, actions which deserve to be celebrated.
