Free pizza...with a vasectomy

When used together, the words "free" and "pizza" are irresistible. Yet when the word "vasectomy" comes close, our appetite miraculously disappears.

Still hoping that the power of melted cheese will drum up some business, The Urology Associates of Cape Cod are running an offer where you get a "guilt-free" and actually free pizza for going for the snip.

Apparently March is the busiest time of year for vasectomies and they are hoping to capitalise on March Madness so men can watch all the basketball games on the couch while recovering from their operation. Oh and eating pizza.

Sadly, it's only a one-topping pizza that's available in the offer. We're going to avoid making a meatballs joke. Damn it, too late.
