With US/North Korea relations already frostbitten, let’s just say the trailer for Seth Rogen and James Franco’s latest big budget action comedy might not exactly slow down the threat of World War Three.
For The Interview , the pair play entertainment TV presenters sent to North Korea under the pretence of interviewing the nation’s dictator, only to try and exterminate him with help from clandestine forces.
Given the track record of the oft-on screen bromantic actors, last seen battling apocalyptic demons together in This Is The End, there shouldn't be too many surprises when realising that this film is bonkers, and also, from what we can gather from the trailer, highly funny.
Whatever your thoughts are so far - Argo, this isn’t.
The Interview is due in cinemas from 29 October
