World Gin Day: Beefeater's biggest gin secret is now available to all

It's World Gin Day and there's nothing better than supping a rare gin. Beefeater has been keeping one of the best gin secrets for a long time. It's got a brand of gin, Beefeater London Garden, that's so secret that you could only buy it in person from the distillery in central London... that is, until now.

The gin giant is making Beefeater London Garden available to all (if you live in the UK) online for the first time since it was created back in 2014.

Taste wise, the Beefeater London Garden is, well, rather herbaceous. It's got hints of lemon verbena and thyme, as well as the other nine botanicals that make up the standard Beefeater London Dry.

Beefeater is making the gin available through the Chelsea Physic Garden online shop. The reason for this is that the garden was pretty key to Beefeater's history, given it's a short trek from the distillery in London, and it's the plants there that inspired the London Garden flavour.

The Beefeater London Garden is available now for £22.50.
