mac-cheese.jpg

The mac & cheese burger is one of the few insane food creations of late that actually sounds like it might be rather tasty. Taking things we know that we like (macaroni cheese, burgers) without adding anything too insane on top (ice cream, python meat) made it a memorable food dream of ours.

Now, rather excitingly, we have the details on how to make it, thanks to the admirably greedy bunch at Food Beast. Word to whoever is making Christmas dinner for us on the 25th, make this instead.
