You know how everybody’s always yammering on about how streaming TV is the new going out to the cinema? Well it looks like they might be right…
Period piece? Set in Europe? That would be the best guess going by his recent work, but all we know so far of Untitled Woody Allen Project (let’s hope irony doesn’t get the better of them and that becomes the actual title) is that the series will eventually air on Amazon’s Prime Instant Video.
And as only Woody could, the filmmaker was quick to drolly downplay this ego massaging: "I don’t know how I got into this. I have no ideas and I’m not sure where to begin. My guess is that Roy Price will regret this."
Let’s hope he's joking.
