If you're a person that hangs around on the Internet quite a lot then the chances are that you're probably quite familiar with the new meme-sensation app that is My Idol. If you're not familiar with it already then it doesn't really matter, it still probably won't make any sense.
The Chinese app is currently a 'trending search' on the App Store and allows you to create your own tiny cyber people based around selfies of yourself or in the case of ShortList, a picture that we took on Google Images of Ed Miliband.
Say hello to cyber Ed everybody.
Once you've snapped your selfie (or picture of Ed Miliband) you can then get to work dressing him and making him do weird things like ride motorbikes or in our case... dance around a pole.
None of it makes any sense and the whole thing is quite frankly terrifying but, ladies and gentleman, that's the internet for you.
