This year, Hollywood has decided to give the White House a bit of a hammering. First, we'll see Gerard Butler fighting to keep President Aaron Eckhart safe in Olympus Has Fallen and then we'll have Channing Tatum going all-out to make sure President Jamie Foxx survives a terrorist attack in White House Down.
We've now got our first look at the latter, coming from Independence Day's master of destruction Roland Emmerich, and while it might look rather familiar, it also looks like it could be damn good fun.
Because when the summer hits, who doesn't enjoy watching lots of things explode at each other?
