Zoolander was a comedy phenomenon - a relentless Ben Stiller-fuelled LOL machine that saturated popular culture to a point where Magnum and Blue Steel had eclipsed all authentic modelling campaigns.
Sure, it was funny - but like last summer's number one smash, it became too popular: an over-quoted victim of its own success, whose quips on libraries for ants and water as "the essence of wetness" grew tired around 2011.
What we need is a new comedy vehicle. A fresh set of one liners. A new batch of ridiculously good looking heroes.
So it's just as well that Zoolander 2 arrives in cinemas on 12 February. Watch the latest trailer above.
