You've read the book, you've obsessed over the TV series - you've probably already ordered the mammoth new series accompaniment - and now Game of Thrones is coming for your games console.
Telltale Games, makers of the hugely successful Walking Dead video game series - has released the first trailer for their six-part episodic game adaptation of George R. R. Martin and HBO's hit fantasy series.
The new story follows the little-known House Forrester, a noble family from the north of Westeros loyal to the Starks of Winterfell. Caught up in the events surrounding the War of the Five Kings, they are dragged into the cauldron of bloody warfare, revenge, and horror as they fight for their survival while the seven kingdoms tear themselves apart (that's just between season three and five, HBO fans).
As the teaser shows, the game takes its cues from the aesthetics of HBO's vision of Westeros, with a number of the series' actors reprising their roles for the game.
While we can safely assume none of the major cast will die (we hope), we're willing to bet our Christmas list that things won't go too well for House Forrester.
(Game of Throne arrives Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PC, Mac and iOS devices on "very soon")
