Reasons Ryan Gosling is mankind’s greatest asset #532.

Appearing on last night's Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote action comedy noir The Nice Guys, he opted against the obligatory clip to act out a scene from Shane Black’s film, instead picking an audience member he thought would make a 'wonderful Russell Crowe'.

That would be Karen, who is only too happy to roll around on the floor grappling with the star in one of the funnier moments between Gosling’s dopey ‘good cop’ and Crowe's gruff 'bad cop'. What's more, Karen’s good - slightly too good, with the new duo making quite a pairing.

Actually, if Shane Black is reading this - is it too late for some reshoots?

Another win in the evening came when Will Ferrell came out with Gosling as the - ahem- Knife Guys.
