The rare moments that we didn't laugh in I Love You, Man were spent working out how to replicate a bromance with Paul Rudd off-screen.
The floppy-haired nice guy spent 100 minutes convincing us of his best friend credentials and coupled with turns in Role Models, The 40 -Year-Old Virgin and Anchorman, he's rapidly become one of the most likable guys in Hollywood.
In his new film This Is 40, a spin-off from Knocked Up, he reprises the role of music executive Pete as he comes to term with middle age.
We got a chance to speak to him and, aside from attempting to make friends with him, we talked about making out with Judd Apatow's wife in front of him, his English background and how annoyed he gets at people telling him to "slap da bass".
This Is 40 is released on Valentine's Day

As Content Director of Shortlist, Marc likes nothing more than to compile endless lists of an evening by candlelight. He started out life as a movie writer for numerous (now defunct) magazines and soon found himself online - editing a gaggle of gadget sites, including TechRadar, Digital Camera World and Tom's Guide UK. At Shortlist you'll find him mostly writing about movies and tech, so no change there then.
