You just have to hand it to Disney.
Just days after we showed you how stock animation was repurposed for classic films back in the studio’s hand-drawn heyday, here comes part II, packing even more mind-blowing examples in.
Once more, the people to thank are from Movie Munchies, who highlight how everything from the Sword and the Stone, Alice in Wonderland and Bambi have all had cells taken out and doctored for other features.
Not that it affects our appreciation of these films one jot. In fact, watch the video below and you’ll only admire how clever the animators were with their shrewd reuse of footage.
So there you have it: old Walt was essentially the MacGyver of animation.
