From The Jungle Book to Snow White, to Robin Hood, no classic was safe from this lazy tactic which saw production teams draw over existing animation cells to speed up the process with tried-and-tested scenes.
This might even be why, when you cast your mind back to watching those cartoons, all the hazy memories sort of morph into one.
