Jack O’Connell is about to go all Hollywood on us.
Starred Up’71Unbroken,
Directed by Angelina Jolie and based on the barely believable real-life story of Olympian-turned-war hero Louie Zamperini – that means plane crashes, POW survival and on-track heroics at Hitler’s 1936 Olympic Games - it’s little wonder there’s already Oscar buzz around it.
Also abetted with script work from the Coen Brothers, adapting the tale from Laura Hillenbrand’s book of the same name, O’Connell certainly looks to have picked a safe choice for what could be the first of many major Hollywood roles.
But don’t take our word for it – you can see the latest all-action trailer for the film, below...
Unbroken is out December 26
