Hollywood's most overpaid actors
04 November 2011

It's that time of the week when we get all bitter and resentful about those with more money than us.

The 1% of Hollywood have been receiving more than their fair share of cash for too damn long and Forbes have assembled a list of which stars have been receiving more than they deserve.

What they did was look at what actors were paid for their last three movies and then contrast that with how much money those films actually made. Turns out that Drew Barrymore is outstaying her welcome on the A-List as she's only returned 40 cents (25p) for every dollar she was paid.

NB: Forbes only used films which were released wide and focused around that particular actor being the star, so for example, He's Just Not That Into You wouldn't count for Barrymore as she was part of a large ensemble.
