
Ang Lee's Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon was largely met with two reactions.
One appreciated the film's artistry, the sumptuous choreography of its fight scenes and accessible retelling of a complex source material.
The other went along the lines of "You mean that martial arts crap with the guys in cloaks floating about with swords?".
Those of the latter persuasion will want to move along.
Netflix has released the first trailer for the long (15 years?!) awaited sequel, Sword of Destiny. Starring Michelle Yeoh and Donnie Yen under the direction of Woo-Ping Yuen, it looks to bring back the improbable choreography and swordplay that drew many too (and repelled others from) the original work.
