If it ain't broke, don't fix it is definitely a maxim that Hollywood lives by - and they're certainly taking no chances with the third installment of The Hangover, due in May 2013.
The Wolfpack - Phil, Stu, Doug and Alan, played by Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Justin Bartha and Zach Galifianakis - will be returning to the scene of their original adventures, Las Vegas. Reports suggest that the movie will shoot around the Las Vegas Strip, Caesars Palace and a mental institution, from which our heroes will be be rescuing Alan.
Filming is due to begin within the month, with some also taking place in Tijuana, and producers will be hoping the movie repeats the success of the first two films, which collectively took around $1bn at the box office.
It's the same cast, the same director (Todd Phillips), the same location, and even Mike Tyson is making another cameo. Phillips has previously stated that the template would be "very much a new idea", but we'll wait and see how that turns out right?
