While we impatiently wait for Daniel Craig's third outing as Bond, it appears as if Robert Pattinson already has his eye on the role.
We asked him if in, say, 10 years time he could be playing 007. "Yeah definitely," the 26-year-old Twilight star revealed "but more like 20 years".
"I think there’d be nothing worse than, like, ‘Let’s get a fresh-faced Bond!’" he added. "That would be the worst idea in the world. After Daniel Craig, you have to have some baggage. It would be ridiculous to reinvent [him] as some young posh kid. Or, if [he] was, I’d have to get so tortured in the first few scenes. I’d have to do the first film with one arm or something.”
Anyone up for a one-armed R-Patz with a licence to kill?
