Donald Trump just held up a blank sign and the internet did the rest

In case he didn't look daft enough already

Donald Trump just held up a blank sign and the internet did the rest

A sign of the apocalypse?

However you look at the possibility of Donald Trump becoming the next leader of the free world, there’s no denying that by holding up a large blank sign on stage the politician effectively just set himself up for a big comical fall. A proverbial own goal. A ribbing all of his own doing.

Maybe he was about to draw a detailed plan of how his supporters could assassinate Hilary Clinton. Or perhaps he was just showing his ideal America: largely white and largely dull.

As it was, he found himself trolled by Clinton’s chief communications officer Rob Flaherty, who took to Twitter and invited users to guess for themselves:

Caught in the act

Success

Best fwends

Yep

Feminism

Creative

You've got to hand it to him

Very efficient

Just so weird

And forgive us for getting in on the act ourselves
