There’s only one forthcoming action sequel that our office is going ape about. And no, it’s not Mighty Joe Young 2, if that’s even a real prospect, which it definitely should be.
We digress. The film getting us all in a tizz is Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes, the big budget follow up to Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes, which sees hairy mega-mind Ceaser (motion capture Andy Serkis) leading his band of fellow primates in a stand-off against a colony of humans to survive the Simian Flu outbreak which has all but wiped their race out.
So in a bid to surpass excitement, we’ve managed to snag this excellent behind-the-scenes exclusive. Taking us deep into the moviemaking jungle faced by director Matt Reeves and his team, we’re given a glimpse at how Caesar and co. have been brought to life in this action-packed production, along with the odd interview with cast and crew.
Check out the video below. It's truly eye-opening stuff, and sure to quench your appetite before the film hits the big screen. You’d be bananas to miss it.
Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes is out in cinemas from 17 July
