As The Counsellor rattles closer to its October release date, another brilliant trailer heaving with gravitas has arrived brighten your week.
The Counsellor's cast reads like the front row of an Oscars awards venue, including the likes of Michael Fassbender, Penelope Cruz, Javier Bardem, Brad Pitt, Cameron Diaz, Rosie Perez, Dean Norris and John Leguizamo. The cherries on this prospective gateau are a script written by Cormac McCarthy and direction coming from a certain Ridley Scott.
This latest trailer reveals a little more of the deep, bullet-ridden water that a layer (Fassbender) gets himself into when he decides to take on a drugs trade. We also learn that Diaz looks terrifying, Bardem appears imperious and Pitt should never star in a Spaghetti Western. Enjoy.
The Counsellor is released on October 25th

As Content Director of Shortlist, Marc likes nothing more than to compile endless lists of an evening by candlelight. He started out life as a movie writer for numerous (now defunct) magazines and soon found himself online - editing a gaggle of gadget sites, including TechRadar, Digital Camera World and Tom's Guide UK. At Shortlist you'll find him mostly writing about movies and tech, so no change there then.
