Alfonso Cuarón on Gravity

Given the mammoth gap since his last film Children Of Men in 2006, we're forgiving ourselves for being a little concerned about Alfonso Cuarón's latest film Gravity.

But good things come to those who wait and all that, since Gravity is an astonishing achievement. The sci-fi thriller has become a box office-dominating, critic-wowing spectacle and Cuarón has been catapulted to the major league overnight.

We had a chance to speak to the acclaimed director and we asked him about the difficulties of making such a film as well as his thoughts on 3D and the Oscar race.
