There comes a point in every man’s life when he can, quite unashamedly, put away the skinny jeans and stop listening to the new-fangled bops on Radio 1 and, instead, ease into a pair of comfortable beige slacks and turn that dial to the easy-listening tunes of Radio 2. You see, aging is inevitable.
Inevitable for everyone except Sylvester Stallone, that is.
The septuagenarian star is fighting Father Time with all his might and, judging by his latest Instagram post, the Rocky actor is winning.
Stallone, 72, has posted an intense workout video to social media showing his preparation for the upcoming film Rambo V.
In the jaw-dropping clip, Sly flips an enormous 250 lb weight across his gym floor, grunting with pure masculine power, before pumping his fists in jubilant triumph.
“Getting ready for Rambo Also just because you’ve REACHED a certain age doesn’t mean you have to FEEL that age! Keep pumping, keep punching!” he wrote alongside the video.

After initially denying that he’d return to the iconic Rambo role for a fifth time, the next instalment is expected to be released in the autumn of 2019.
According to IMDB, the synopsis goes something like: “Rambo goes up against a Mexican cartel to save a friend’s kidnapped daughter in what’s reported to be his last adventure.”
Apocalypto assistant director Adrian Grunberg has reportedly signed on to helm the film and Rambo V shooting is set to begin in September in London, Bulgaria, and the Canary Islands.
In May, Stallone even shared a teaser poster for the upcoming flick:
