

Tattoo artist Livia Tsang from Chronic Tattoos in Toronto, Canada, had an unusual request from her boss recently: to tattoo Michael Phelps famous pre-game death stare on to his actual body.
Ricky Fung, co-founder of the Chronic tattoo shop, stated that he wanted that particular image of the Olympic star on his skin because "it showed his moment of focus before the race". That and most probably because he looks like a ripped Kylo Ren.
