VIDEO: Brief History of Video Game Titles

Strangely, one of the most exciting moments of gaming is when the title screen appears. The sheer sense of anticipation as you're about to launch into another epic eight-hour session is almost as good as the thing itself (not quite though).

So it's appropriate that this brilliant video has been put together by Ian Albinson of Art of the Title, which shows the evolution of the video game title, beginning with 1981's Donkey Kong, right the way through to modern day classics like Grand Theft Auto V.
