Judd Apatow inspired art

apatow hero.jpg

Without Judd Apatow, comedy would have been a radically different, and extremely lame, place in the past 10 years.

Not only is he behind some of your favourite comedies (Anchorman, Superbad, Knocked Up, Bridesmaids) but his style of humour has trickled through to his peers, making him one of the most important men in the industry today.

As This Is 40, his fourth film as director is about to drop, Gallery 1988 thought it was a fine time to celebrate the man's work. They've assembled some of the best Apatow-inspired pieces and they'll be showing them at their Melrose location from December 4th.
