What you're looking at is officially the fastest brown car ever made.

This is the Rembrandt Bugatti - the fourth instalment of Bugatti's Legend series that dedicates a special edition of their all-powerful Veyron supercar to those who played a crucial role in the brand's history.

Rembrandt Bugatti was the brother of Ettore, founder of the iconic car manufacturer. A talented bronze sculptor, Rembrandt had a particular nack for capturing the movement of animals. Rembrandt's special edition is based on the Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse (which, with a top speed of 254 mph with the roof down, makes it the fastest convertible ever made), with a colour split styled around the artist's favoured bronze material.

The interior is achingly pretty, completely upholstered with leather in light brown "Cognac" and "Coffee", with one of Rembrandt’s bronze cast elephant sculptures dancing on the seat divide.

Unveiled at this week's Geneva Motor Show, the Rembrandt will cost an eye-watering €2.18 million, with only three to be made.
