A company has made the world's most luxurious and expensive hearse.
The Rolls-Royce Phantom Hearse B12 is made entirely from aluminium and stretches seven metres-long (23 feet) - three feet longer than the normal model. Built by Italian custom builder Biemme Special Cars, the four-door is powered by a Rolls-Royce 6.75-litre V12 engine and composed of over 600 assembled parts and 200 metres of wielding. And because heading for the grave shouldn't be a dark experience, the coffin compartment features high luminescence LEDs to illuminate the casket. Biemme have not announced a price tag for the unique model but it is expected too cost over €500,000 ($640,000). Company spokesman Dario Andreotto says: "For some time Biemme Special Cars have been wanting to make something extraordinary, something that didn't pass unnoticed and could not be matched by anyone else."
