The death of King Joffrey Baratheon (first of his name) in the fourth season of Game of Thrones was a bittersweet moment for Westeros.
It was a moment fans had longed for - the slow, agonising death of one of TV's (and literature's) most malicious characters, justice apparently being wielded by George R R Martin as the show's only star we wanted to see die popped his sinister clogs.
Except... it left the show with a void. An evil itch just longing to be scratched. Perhaps we had misunderstood Joffrey all along? Perhaps he was the anti-hero we'd all been secretly hoping would win the day?
It's an idea that's clearly crossed the mind of BloodBlitz Comedy: their latest YouTube mashup sees the one true king of Westeros recast as the hero of HBO's fantasy adaptation.
Did we get Joffrey all wrong...?
No. He was a bastard.
