As he prepares to lead the line for England in Brazil, Wayne Rooney has just revealed his World Cup Playlist.
Naturally, the striker's Welsh pals The Stereophonics have a smattering of tracks on there, with Jake Bugg providing another good dose of easygoing rock and roll on his personal Spotify collection.
R&B also plays a big part in the playlist thanks to other prominently placed artists in the line-up including Lupe Fiasco, Jennifer Hudson, Bruno Mars and Beyonce.
There are even two tracks for flame-haired singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran, with one entitled Small Bump - let's just hope Wayne doesn't up any small bumps of his own between now and then.

As Content Director of Shortlist, Marc likes nothing more than to compile endless lists of an evening by candlelight. He started out life as a movie writer for numerous (now defunct) magazines and soon found himself online - editing a gaggle of gadget sites, including TechRadar, Digital Camera World and Tom's Guide UK. At Shortlist you'll find him mostly writing about movies and tech, so no change there then.
