The details on this video are scant. Non-existent in fact.
The helmet cam of a motorbike rider managed to capture the moment a heroic pedestrian stopped a would-be thief from pinching some kid's hoverboard Segway - those twin-wheeled pavement gliders that have been getting a lot of attention ever since the police iterated they were illegal to ride in public.
Who is this hero of the streets? Was the attempted thief met with justice (the legal kind, not the vigilante style stuff in the video). Was the kid later told off for riding his board in public?
Here's hoping this new hero teams up with the Bromley Batman and forms a new duo of street crime fighters.
