It won’t be the sort any high-level Olympian would appreciate, but this is pure gold.

Taking to Twitter late last week to ask his followers to help design his next social media cover, British diver Tom Daley quickly realised why you never ask the internet for help designing anything. 

Yes, he was turned into a meme.

Quite what he was thinking when announcing this competition was anyone’s guess (does he not know how the internet works?) but we’re fairly sure it didn’t involve child sex offenders, The Last Supper and a chokehold.
