Ha ha, more like SHOE-SHI, or something.
Look, basically, there’s a chef in Milan called Yukia Hu and she is making amazing shoes out of sushi. They’re not shoes that you can actually wear, of course – because they’re too small and made of rice – but they do look like shoes. Hu apes popular trainer designs and constructs models out of sticky rice, salmon, seaweed and other sushi-based ingredients.

Great stuff, Hu. But it’s not all sneaks, check out her Insta @theonigiriart for a load more sushi art (mainly surrounding basketball).
Anyway, I’m suddenly hungry for some reason. Might head into town for a shoe (stew), hope the shoe (queue) isn’t too long, and that the shoe (sous) chef isn’t hungover, because I don’t want to shoe (spew). Shoe (bye).
