Incredible House That's Been Left Untouched Since The 50's
Marty McFly may not have graced your bedroom walls as the poster boy of cool, but we’d be lying if we said we hadn’t wondered what it would be like to have a DeLorean.
Alas, theres no need to hunt down any plutonium or a nutty professor to step back in time to the 50's. There’s a house in Middlesborough that’s landed on the property market in almost exactly the same state it was moved in to 63 years ago, pink kitchen and all.
Listed on Hunters for £235,000 (not bad for four bedrooms and a piece of British history) the house in Stockton-on-Tees boasts one of the first central heating systems installed in the area, as well as the same patterned carpets and wallpaper it was initially decorated with. And it's still in pretty impressive knick.
It’s a ‘period property’ in the most literal sense.
