At the size of a credit card and with all of the aesthetical prowess of Coventry, the Raspberry Pi computer is an unconventional creation.
It gives you the basis of a computer (a Linux processor, memory chips and ports for USB, HDMI and Ethernet cables) meaning all you need to do is insert your mouse, keyboard and screen to get it working.
Oh and it'll only set you back a mere £23 ($36).
The mini computer was only created to teach children about technology but has caused such a manic reaction that they are now available to buy. The Raspberry Pi website actually crashed thanks to the heavy demand.
For all the nerds out there, it contain a 700Mhz Linux processor, 256 MB of RAM, USB, HDMI, SD, RCA video and 3.5 mm audio ports.
Might prove a bit harder to kick when it inevitably starts playing up though...
