

Over 40 years on, it's fair to say that The Beatles were pretty good.
The best-selling band in history, armed with the greatest songwriting team in history, they managed to revolutionise popular music in the space of just 7 years and, far from the years dulling their impact, their influence on, well, everything, only seems to grow.
Last November saw the release of a brand new compilation from the Fab Four, entitled On Air - Live at the BBC Volume Two, a sequel to the hugely successful Volume One, originally released in 1994, which was remastered and reissued concurrently. It only serves to remind us - yet again - of what an incredible cultural force the band were.
