If your job entails you wearing a white shirt for most of your life then it's possible that you might have become a little bit blasé about the quality.
A weekly coffee stain and a twice daily tube ride will do that to you. But the time has come to invest in a nice white shirt. Perhaps one to save for special occasions though.
Tailoring brand Mr Start are hosting a pop-up made-to-measure white shirt service in London’s Selfridges from the 5th – 8th October. Each shirt will be uniquely customised with a range of body fits, fabric, collar and cuff options.
The fabrics are all sourced from Italian mills and the shirts are all finished with mother-of-pearl buttons.
Check it out for yourself at the London Selfridges. Prices start from £160.

As Content Director of Shortlist, Marc likes nothing more than to compile endless lists of an evening by candlelight. He started out life as a movie writer for numerous (now defunct) magazines and soon found himself online - editing a gaggle of gadget sites, including TechRadar, Digital Camera World and Tom's Guide UK. At Shortlist you'll find him mostly writing about movies and tech, so no change there then.
