We suppose that, considering we spend half our lives on them, investing in your smartphone is not necessary a bad idea. But paying the price of a small car for one is perhaps a touch excessive.
Nonetheless, if you want to add a touch of class to your communications, you can now pick up the 88 Tauri from Tonino Lamborghini (not the same as the supercar - it's the founder's son) which retails at a hefty $6000 (£3830). Only 1,947 of the Android phones will be made and, as well as exclusivity, they boast leather finishes and nice steel touches.
Specwise, it has a 5 inch 1920 x 1080 display, a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage - so solid, but not spectacular under the bonnet - but apparently it takes "the most luxurious selfie in the world". So if you think that's worth £4000, then go for it.
