We're realists, so we know deep down that the movies aren't like real life no matter how much we've wanted to own Marty's hoverboard.
But today our faith has been restored. Case in point is NASA's new space suit, which bears an uncanny resemblance to Buzz Lightyear's getup in Toy Story.
The Z-1 Prototype Spacesuit and Portable Life Support System (PLSS) 2.0 is the agency's first suit in 20 years, which was revealed on their Flickr site.
It features a large hemispherical transparent dome helmet and astronauts will also be able to climb into the new spacesuit much quicker than the current model, and the rear of the suit features a large hatch that makes it easier to transfer between suit and space ship.
