'Spider-Man just posted an image: "With great #Power, comes great #Responsibility, #SuperSelfie".' The horror.
Not content with having changed the face of social media, altered the fate of the camera phone and worked its way into the Oxford English Dictionary, the selfie has set its sight on the world of pop culture. Thankfully, the Marvel #Selfies illustrations of Brazilian designer Butcher Billy are pretty ace.
While they might make fun of the superficial, self-centred vanity of the photo craze, we can't help but think that some superheroes might be all for Billy's work: surely any mutant or crime fighter forced to hide behind a mask would probably enjoy living out some form of online existence?
That said, none of the following heroes have mastered the art of taking a self-aimed selfie - the basic bunch still have to use a mirror.
