If Van Gogh was around today, chances are we'd be seeing a whole heap of modernised work up on Etsy and, depressingly, Instagram.

Imagining a universe where this is the case, Lithuanian architect and photographer Tadao Cern decided to digitally reconstruct the iconic self-portrait.
